I can't scroll when I want to create an object with "Create here" menu.

To reproduce problem:
1. go to Backend interface.
2. In the left menu, click an icon of an item menu.
3. In the menu, you need to choose "Create here" item.

We can't scroll in the list of items. no arrows for scrolling.
