After updating from 5.3.0 to 5.3.1, version still shows 5.3.0

    Description

      Hi,
      I fetched ezpublish 5.3;
      Gave it all necessary permissions

      Updated using composer update as referred in https://doc.ez.no/display/EZP/5.3.1+Release+Notes

      When i start installation, i have "Welcome to eZ Publish Platform 5.3.0".. It should be 5.3.1

      After installing, in admin interface, in dashboard, i also have "5.3.0" when i should have "5.3.1"

      ezinfo/about also have "5.3.0" when It should be "5.3.1"
