Implementation of the Public API Interfaces using the REST interface of eZ Publish

This is an important feature so that we can start to fully test REST API v2, something we have limited coverage of today.
With this we can run the same integration tests suite (about 2000 tests) that we currently run against the Public PHP API.

Note: This feature might need some adjustments to both PHP Public API and REST API to make this possible.
