If you create content and preview it, you won't be able to click "Back to Edit" button what may result in loss of content and cache failure.

Steps to Reproduce

^{*note*: this behavior does not happens everytime. Sometimes you will need to repeat two or three times the steps 2 and later to reproduce.}

1. Create a new article and write anything in the mandatory title and summary attributes.
2. Upload a new image
3. Preview
4. Check if "Back to Edit" button is active. If so, go back to edit.
5. Remove the image
6. Upload a new image
7. Preview
8. Check if "Back to Edit" button is active. If so, go back to edit.
