Our current Solr handler does not allow people to configure how commits should be done like is the case in eZ Find.

This story about adding configuration param for this in solr bundle, and inject that in constructor of Gateway/Native for use in all places it sets config=true

Possible approach for the param (if it works), comes up as PR.
