Standard documentation states that the "limitation" parameter can be used to bypass user permissions:

fetch( 'ezfind', 'search', hash(
    'query', 'eZ Systems',
    'limitation', hash( 'accessWord', 'yes' )
) )

This does not work. You can test this by assigning an object that should be in the results to a section that the current user cannot read.
