Response for "Access denied" (1) error is cached when ErrorHandler=redirect

      Description

      When an "Access denied" error is configured to redirect, using ErrorHandler[1]=redirect in error.ini,
      the first call will create a valid redirect response.

      However, subsequent calls will display a page with an empty content.

      Clearing the cache temporarily resolves this issue (until the page is accessed again)
