JS/CSS rewrite rules are disabled in "dev" environment in order to allow Assetic to serve JS and CSS dynamically.

However, if you are using host-match mapping, when you preview your content in the Administration Interface, JS/CSS is broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create eZ Publish 5.2 installation, set in host-match mapping, and fully patched, including EZSP-004-EZP5.2;
2. Set it in "dev" environment by configuring vhosts file and adding

    SetEnv ENVIRONMENT "dev"

3. Preview an existing object. Used existing "/Getting Started/Selected Features/Getting Started with eZ Publish Platform" article. JS/CSS is broken.
