Basically, this is the same bug described in EZP-22313 and it will only appears after the apply of the patch provided in that issue.

Steps to Reproduce
With the patch, execute the steps to reproduce described in EZP-22313 but have in mind:

• Test in both Chrome and Firefox (the behavior seems a little erratic here).
• Copy the HTML tags from a Browser (there's an example below) or from a text processor like MS Word source. Plain text bug is solved.
• Confirm the tags will be pasted outside the literal or the literal tag will disappear.
