Created global alias are not shown in Setup
> URL translator list on admin interface.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to admin interface
2. Open Setup
3. Click Url translator
4. Create a global redirect with
   New URL alias: /home
   Destination: /
   Alias should redirect to its destination: check
5. Press create
6. The Globally defined URL aliases list is empty

Note: You can access the existent alias on Content Structure, clicking on Advanced > Manage Url Alias in on the menu (clicking in crank icon of an object)
