When creating a URL alias using the URL translator (" Global URL aliases "), checking the 'Redirect Url' option has no effect.

Expected Result:

The response for the created url alias should be a 301: Moved Permanently, with the corresponding destination.

Actual Result:

The destination page is displayed without any redirect occurring.

Note:
Creating the Alias using the "URL wildcard aliases" appears to be working fine.
