On eZ Demo, when you use an alternate layout (e.g. /layout/set/print), the output is not consistent - instead of stars, numbers are displayed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. On an installation with both eZ Demo and eZ Star Rating extensions, create an object of a class that contains a field of type "Star Rating". For this test, an Article was used;
2. On the frontend, access the article using an alternate layout:

example.com/layout/set/popup/Articles/Article-1
