The title says it all
Log as the only administrator (admin) and delete the account.
Then there is no access to the administration, is this the expected behavior?

Steps:

1. log into Administrator interface with Admin account
2. go to Users -> Administrator Users
3. delete Admin user
4. verify that you were logged off
