Description
When setting up the approval workflow for user/register in an eZ Publish installation later than 2013.07 (it works in that version!) the approval process does not work as expected.
When clicking on the link in the email (link to /user/activate/[hash]) in the "Please confirm your account"-email the user is always prompted "Your account has been activated", also with the approval workflow up and running.
The workflow itself seems to work correctly since the user is not beeing published until someone approves the content. However, the registering user does not receive the message about an administrator needing to approve his account anymore. Furthermore the user also receives the email about his account having been approved.
Later, when the administrator does approve the user (and thus the user Object is beeing published) the user will get an email prompting him to verify his email address by clicking on the link in the email, again.
This bug seems to have been introduced between 2013.07 (works in that version) and 2013.11 (broken).
Tested in 2013.07 (ok), 2013.11 (broken), 2014.01 (broken)
Update: this bug seems to be solely related to legacy eZ Publish. When copying the ezpublish_legacy folder to a 2014.01 installation this bug does not appear.
