Inline doc added in the logfile.ini gives an example of how you can set your storage logs dir.

It happens that viewcount.php adds an slash by itself.

Because of that, you can end with this kind of path...
/var/log/httpd//yourlog.log. That double slash may produce a not found error in your script.
