[Admin Interface] Possible to create content type groups with same name/identifier

    Description

      In the administrator interface is possible to create a content type group with same name/identifier as an existing.

      Steps:

      1. login as administrator
      2. go to Setup -> classes
      3. create a new group with name "Content"
      4. verify it is created

      Since in PAPI or REST the name is like identifier it should be unique (afaik)
