Please fix Site.ini and ProxySettings documentation pages.

The documentation give the sensation that ProxyServer can be used but the truth is it won't be used for cronjobs and other scripts as detailed in site.ini file: "If an user wants to use proxy in linkcheck.php/rssimport.php or downloading site packages in setup wizard".

Please make this clearer in the documentation: ProxyServer settings will only work for linkcheck.php/rssimport.php or downloading site packages in setup wizard.

Maybe sign this as a known limitation would make sense.
