changing the state of the object shows a kernel error if the object has quotes on the name.

requirement: use the setting TransformationGroup=urlalias_iri

1 - create an additional state, just to activate the button
2 - create some obejct with title:
Article "with quotes"
note: the title cannot start with quote, "Article with quotes" works as expected.
3 - publish, open the object, in details tab click on the "set states" button
4 - kernel error is shown
