    Description

      teps to reproduce :

      • Clean all settings and caches
      • In legacy, edit site.ini to set CheckValidity=true to trigger the wizard
      • Run php composer.phar install --prefer-dist
      • Open the site in your browser.
      • A stack is thrown instead of displaying the wizard (see attached file)
