In the default eZ Flow package, the 3 items (Dynamic) block isn't working as it should.

The main problem here is that the FetchFixedParameters[Source] setting points to a node that doesn't contain any articles, so, nothing will be displayed.

Also, if we point the FetchFixedParameters[Source] setting to another node which has some contents we will still don't see any content rotation, because the FetchFixedParameters[Limit] setting is set to 3. It should be set to anything higher than that. For example, 8 works fine (3 articles to be displayed, and 5 to be archived).

This should be fixed in the block.ini.

I found this bug while working on EZP-22029.
I can see this mistake in 5.1 and 5.2 for now.
