      The documentation for configuring the static cache is only available in http://share.ez.no/learn/ez-publish/ez-publish-performance-optimization-part-3-of-3-practical-cache-and-template-solutions/%28page%29/3
      This documentation is no longer correct for 5.x versions ( check https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-21988 ) , and one of rewrite rule is missing due to https://jira.ez.no/browse/EZP-19080
