In loading when determining language of URL alias path element array of path element translations is not reset before returning key as language of the first translation.
As this array is iterated over this can result in wrong alias path generated when:

1. falling back to always available
2. using showAllTranslations setting.

Note: (almost) nobody should be affected by this as we do not really respect always available yet and setting is not yet exposed.
