    Description

When a script is executed by a user other than the webserver user (usually apache2 or www-data), esp. root, it could be that files are generated which are not accessible or writable by the webserver user. Or that files can't be generated because the executing user has not the required permissions. Worst case: the executing user can create new files and folders, but not modify existing files which would lead to inconsistencies on the file system.
