Description
Since we want to be able to avoid as much as possible usage of build scripts, it follows that the source code should always be in "releasable" state on github.
This means that the git tag corresponding e.g. to CP version 2013.11 should have
1. good version in lib/version.php
2. good version in all source files @version tag
this can be achieved either by removing the @version tag from sources, or making sure that when we tag a CP build, it is always on a separate branch where source code has been properly "massaged".
If think that just removing the version tag actually makes sense. In the end, it makes diffing easier
