eZDemo block render is broken for some block types

    Description

      If you install ezdemo with content or add one campaign or highlighted item block to home in a clean installation you'll get the following error in symfony log, and only the header and top menu are rendered

      Steps to reproduce
      Test 1

      1. Get ezpublish latest version (used git)
      2. Install ezpublish with ezdemo with content
      3. Verify that the front end only shows the logo and top menu

      Test 2

      1. Get ezpublish latest version (used git)
      2. Install ezpublish with ezdemo without content
      3. In backend create a folder an an article
      4. Edit the Home object
      5. Add a Campaign block or a Highlighted item blog
      6. Add the Article 1 as content
      7. Publish Home
      8. Open frontend
      9. Verify that only header and top menu are present
