1. extension misses .dba file

2. ezoracledbschema misses support for BIGINT column types

3. ezacc. extension has to add a dbschema.ini fix for the "worker" col. to be nullable

4. when dumping the db schema, the BIGINT col with NOT NULL constraint also gets a default '' added, which is wrong (gives errors on import)
