Sometimes a 503 html error occurs when accessing admin interface, probably something related with cache.

Steps

Make a clean installation of eZ Webin
Try to login into admin interface
You'll get a 503 error
Refresh page
Everything is fine
Clear the cache

$ php ezpublish/console cache:clear --env=prod

Try to login into admin interface
You'll get a 503 error
