eztime, ezdate and ezdatetime build (time sensitive) default value in Legacy Storage field value converters, using field settings.

This is problematic in regard to SPI cache, also it belongs in a higher layer, so that every new storage engine does not need to implement the same.

Other field types should be also checked for the same/similar problem.
