Script eztc and eztemplatecheck should follow the same rule that the eztemplatedesignresource class.

If there is in any ini file the following code, the template are compiled or checked twice.

AdditionalDesignList[]=standard

I known that it would be better not to have this code in an ini file, but this it is simplier to fix it this way.
