When creating content through the API, urls are not stored correctly.

This can be seen through the administration interface, where the link is missing.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a simple content with an 'url' attribute, and verify that the url exists in setup -> link management
• Now, create a new similar content using the API (in a command, for example).

Result: the url is not displayed.

Notes:

It seems that while the url is stored in the ezurl table, the matching record is not saved in ezurl_object_link
