Similar needs as the field selection for translated properties.

$content->contentInfo->name always returns the content name in the main language (not translated). To access to translated name, we need to use $content->versionInfo->names['eng-GB'].
But in a template, we don't always have knowledge of the current locale (or we might don't want to), so a helper to get translated name is needed.

Furthermore, if the current locale is not available as a translation for the content, we then need to use prioritized languages.
