Attempting to download a binary file, from admin interface, while accessing it with IE8 produces no result. The file is not downloaded and IE8 doesn't present a visible error message

steps to reproduce

• Install eZ Publish 5.1, in DFS Cluster mode.
• Configure SSL (Self Signed Certificate will do)
• Create a File object in Media/Files folder
• Give it a name and select a binary file (pdf, for instance)
• Publish it.
• While viewing the node in the back end, attempt to download the file by clicking on it's name.
  • Nothing visible will happen
