Description
when server can't reach yoochoose servers the features that use on-the-fly loading will break other functionalities that are aggregated
(ex: adding a recommendation block to ezflow when not reacheable, then the block add/remove feature won't be loaded at all)
Steps: For these tests: Make sure your server can't resolve yoochoose servers (test 1) 1 - edit ezflow page 2 - add a recommendation block 3 - verify that the blocks aren't loaded (test 2) 1 - create an article 2 - in ezoe open "insert custom tag" 3 - verify twig error in the small window
