when the url includes unordered parameters in the format http://something.com/(url)/value, if the value is "http://something", this value is not handled properly by the view parser.

to reproduce:

• insert in any template this code: {$view_parameters.url}
• navigate to any page that uses the modified template
• add at the end of the url (url)/test.com
• clear caches, refresh page the value shows exactly as entered in the browser
• change the end to (url)/http://test.com
• the value shows as "http:/test.com"
• note that there is a forward slash missing in the value displayed
