ezjscajaxcontent simplify method fetches [ImageDataTypeSettings] AvailableImageDataTypes (introduced in eZOnline Editor). If eZOE is not activated, calls to simplify cause a large amount of Undefined group messages to be logged into error.log

steps to reproduce

• disable ezoe, clear caches
• navigate through the content structure while tailing eZ's error.log
  . the log will include several eZINI::variable: Undefined group: 'ImageDataTypeSettings'
