Description
Creating a new language in PAPI is not shown in admin interface...
Steps to reproduce:
1. Created new language (lan-TE, Language Test) in API ( https://gist.github.com/jpingo/f8b3121d042d6baf61dd )
2. Logged in as admin to admin interface
3. Cleared all caches (legacy and symfony)
4. Opened setup -> languages and only eng-GB is present
5. On setup->languages created a new language (por-PT)
6. Now all 3 languages are visible
