eZ Recommendation js file generate an error with eZ Publish 5.1

    Description

      eZ Demo package was installed and installed eZ Recommendation 5.1

      Due to an upgrade to jquery (v1.9) some js method are removed like .live() and .browser()

      Have a look to ezbrowserdetection_jquery.js and ezflyout_jquery.js
