      Doesn't work as intented. (Win XP + Win 7, FF + Chrome)

      Looks like the "id" attribute is missing in certain places. I think this link is related: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9672049/using-references-in-github-wiki-with-restructured-text

        therefore it is more convenient to use toHtml.sh and generate the html by using rst2html.py manually
