symptoms: bad ini values loaded.
analysis: if a developer subclasses ezfeZPSolrQueryBuilder (and maybe other use cases as well), the loose php code at the end of ezfezpsolrquerybuilder.php will be run outside of any legacy closure, and save the ezini objects which are parsed from a wrong directory ie empty.
fix: move the 3 calls at the end of that file into the constructor
