When using URL transformation group urlalias_iri (site.ini, [URLTranslator]),
and a content folder created with an apostrophe, cluster operations on files beneath that node fail with an SQL error.

Steps to reproduce

• Set TransformationGroup=urlalias_iri (and clear .ini caches).
• Create a folder object: speakers'
• inside this folder, create an image object, and publish.

Result:
SQL errors will be produced, such as:
