Creating a location and changing the a different main location does not sync to target server.

Steps
1. Create a folder named News
2. Create a folder named Archive
3. Inside News create an Article named "Test Article"
4. Synchronize create objects to Target installation
5. Add a new location to Test Article to Archive folder
6. Set the main location to Archive/Test-Article
7. Synchronize create objects to Target installation

Some errors are present, and the object name is repeated twice in the synchronization table (check the attached image)
