Failed syncing event 8, transport error code: HTTP error 404 (Not Found)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to the admin interface as admin
2. Click the "Content structure" tab in the top tab menu
3. Click the "Create new" button and select "Folder" from the drop-down menu
4. Click the "OK" button to create this folder in the primary language
5. Name this folder "News" and click the "Send for publishing" button
6. In the sub-items list, click the "News" link
7. Click the "Create new" button and select "Article" from the drop-down menu
8. Click the "OK" button to create this folder in the primary language
9. Fill in the fields as such:

  Title: Test Article
  Summary: Summary of Test Article

10. Click the "Send for publishing" button
11. In the sub-items list, click the "Test Article" link
12. Above the sub-items list, locate the Edit button. In the selection input to it's left select "New translation" and click the button
13. In the "New translation" group select "French (France)", and click the "Edit" button
14. Fill in the fields as such:

  Title: Article de Test
  Summary: Résumé de l'article d'essai

15. Click the "Send for publishing" button
16. Repeat steps 11-15 for "Norwegian (Bokmal)", with the following fields:

  Title: Test Artikkel
  Summary: Oppsummering av Test artikkel

17. In the sub-items list, click the "Test Article" link
18. Select the "Translations (3)" tab
19. Select the radio input on the French language translation's row
20. Click the "Set main" button to the right
21. Uncheck the option "Use the main language if there is no prioritized translation."
22. Click the "Update" button
23. Click the "Setup" tab in the top tab menu
24. On the left, click the "Content staging" link
25. On the feeds list, click the "ContentTree" link
26. Click the "Select all" button, and then click "Synchronize"
27. Verify that all have been sync except the set main language
