"prod" environment

Description

In the "prod" environment, the following rewrite rules are necessary if assetic is used to merge and minify the CSS and the JS files:

RewriteRule ^/css/.*\.css - [L]
RewriteRule ^/js/.*\.js - [L]

The example in https://confluence.ez.no/display/EZP/Virtual+host+setup should be updated.
