if the preview (window) is open, and we close, the tab links become of other color and when clicked it opens the tab (and the respective window)
if the preview (window) is closed (when the page is opened) the links are blue and can't be clicked.
steps to reproduce: 1 - login into admin2 2 - click on "Content struct" 3 - click on tab "View" 4 - verify that the tab content is displayed correctly 5 - click on the arrow that is on left of "View" tab 6 - verify that the tab contents became hidden 7 - click on tab "Details" 8 - verify that the Details tab content was shown 9 - click on the arrow that is on left of "View" tab 10- verify that the tab contents became hidden 11- click on "Media library" 12- verify that the tab contents are hidden 13- verify that tab links can't be clicked 14- click on the arrow that is on left of "View" tab 15- verify that tab content is displayed 16- repeat steps 3 to 8 and verify it works again
