Problem

Alphabetical filter in admin siteaccess shows only 'others' item as active if we have all our contect named starting with capital letters.

Cause

When using databases with case sensetive strings such as Postgres object name filter is not working correctly in a number of fetch functions: content list, content list_count, etc.

Solution

We need to compare strings in both upper-case and lower-case in order not to use string functions over content object name field in SQL.
Patch for 2012.12 is attached.
