Description

Steps to reproduce:
1 - Create "Folder1" in "eZ Publish"
2 - Create "Folder1.1" in "eZ Publish/Folder1"
3 - Move subtree "Folder1" to "eZ Publish/Folder1/Folder1.1"

And this is allowed.
We lose the "Folder1" on "eZ Publish" root.
