eZ Flow removing a zone from existing layout shows an empty block zone

    Description

      Removing a zone from the used layout results in an empty zone block when editing layout in admin interface

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Apply patch on master
      2. Edit the settings/zone.ini

ZoneTypeName=2 zones (layout 1)
Zones[]=left
Zones[]=right_test
Zones[]=bottom
ZoneName[left]=Left zone
ZoneName[right_test]=Right zone test
ZoneName[bottom]=Bottom zone
ZoneThumbnail=2zones_layout1.gif
Template=2zoneslayout1.tpl
AvailableForClasses[]=frontpage
AvailableForClasses[]=landing_page

      3.Clear all caches
      4.Edit the frontage object in admin interface you'll get the empty block (check attached image)
