The create custom tag popup is broken, if one presses the enter key.

Steps to reproduce:

• create an article in the admin portal
• add a custom tag in summary
• select factbox (for instance)
• put focus on Align input box (for instance)
• press enter
• The popup doesn't close.
• Ok button stops working
