Creating an object to be approved raises an error

    Description

      Hi,
      When creating an object with an user, whose content have to be approved, the following error appears on debug redirection:

      Error: 	Feb 15 2013 11:35:54

Internal transaction counter mismatch : 1. Should be zero.

      To reproduce the error, follow the following steps:

      - Enable "Debug output" and "Debug redirection"
- Create an editor user - "one"
- Create an approve workflow, with "Administrators users" as group who approves
- Create a "before publishing" trigger, using the previously created workflow
- Login as user "one" created before
- Create an article and publish it

      The error appears on debug redirection.
