Travis is faling en mass because of network time outs, it seems to be because we use anonymous git user and there is a limit of 50 api calls pr hour using that.
Given how many api calls composer does, it's very probable that we are hitting that limit.

So, try to setup a custom ezsystems-travis users:

• Grant him pull access (not push for security reasons)
• Add encrypted token in the travis config for login as described on their blog
  • On all ez repos that use travis (ezp-next & ezpublish)
• Test (by commits to master or a pull request)
